We started Fieldstone for independent practices
Big health systems have whole departments to chase payers. A small practice has a front desk and whoever has time at the end of the day. We'd like to be that department for you.

Fieldstone Billing is a brand of Road Craft Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, and we're taking on new practices now. A lot of billing problems turn out to be data problems, so it helps to have both skills in the same company.

We've built software for healthcare, so we know how claims data moves through these systems and where it tends to get stuck.

Your claims, denials and appeals go through people who've done this work for a long time.

We've worked in Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks and AdvancedMD, so you probably won't have to change anything for us.

We sign a Business Associate Agreement before we touch patient data, use role based access and keep audit logs.

We won't guess at a code, we won't code up, and we won't create documentation that isn't there.
Your reports should make sense
You shouldn't need a billing background to read them, and bad news goes in there too.
We won't promise what payers control
That means no guaranteed collection rates and no approval dates. We'll show you the numbers as they come in.
Your practice stays yours
Your system, your data and your bank account all stay under your control.
Fieldstone provides billing and administrative support. Clinical services, documentation and supervision stay with your practice.
