How do you get access to eClinicalWorks?
With your authorization and a signed BAA, your practice gives our billers named user accounts with the permissions they need. If your organization or contract restricts outside users, tell us early and we'll work out what's allowed.
If we use eClinicalWorks RCM services today, can we switch?
It depends on your contract, which decides how and when. Share the terms during the audit and we'll tell you what a change would involve.
