Billing analytics
Billing analytics and reports you can read
Collections, denials, claim acceptance and open A/R in one report, with what changed since last month and what we're doing next.
It's free, and you can keep your current biller

Why billing reports are hard to use
Plenty of owners get a spreadsheet of totals once a month, or nothing at all. Deposits are down in March, and the sheet can't tell you whether a payer is sitting on claims or you had a slow couple of weeks.
So the first sign of trouble tends to come in payroll week, when your office manager looks at the bank balance, and by then the claims behind it may be two months old.

What you see each month
- CollectionsWhat was billed and what your practice received, compared with recent months.
- Claim acceptanceHow many claims passed on first submission, and why the others didn't.
- Denials by reason and payerWhat keeps coming back and what's being done about it.
- Outstanding A/RHow much is open and how old it is, with next actions on the largest balances.
How it runs
- 1
Set a baseline
The first report records where you are today, so later months get compared with your own numbers.
- 2
Send the report
You get the same format each month, written for someone who isn't a biller.
- 3
Go through it together
We walk you through what changed and what we'd recommend doing.
How this is priced
Standard reporting comes with full service billing. We can quote custom reporting separately.

What people ask about this
Can we get reports if you don't do our billing?
Yes, as part of an audit or a project. If you want ongoing reports without billing, ask us and we'll scope it.
Do you promise specific improvements?
No. Collections depend on your payers and your documentation, and on your patient mix. We set a baseline from your data and show you what changes from there.
Where does the data come from?
Your EHR or practice management system, plus your remittance data, accessed with your authorization.
