Payment posting
Payment posting that checks what payers paid
We post payments and reconcile them to your deposits. If a payer paid less than you should have received, it gets flagged for follow up.
It's free, and you can keep your current biller

How underpayments go unnoticed
A payer pays a little under contract on a 99214, and whoever's posting adjusts off the difference, because that's what happened with the last few. Your A/R looks clean after that, and nobody ever finds out the money was owed.
Deposits are the other headache. If posted payments never get matched to the bank, your books and your billing system slowly drift apart, and your bookkeeper is the one who finds it at month end, with a lot of back and forth ahead.

What we do with your remittances
- ERA and EOB postingElectronic and paper remittances get posted to the right claims and lines.
- Deposit reconciliationWe match posted payments to what reached your bank account.
- Underpayment flagsIf you give us your fee schedules, we compare what was paid with what you should have been paid.
- Balance transfersA balance moves to the patient only when the remittance supports it.
How it runs
- 1
Remittances come in
They arrive through your existing clearinghouse and EHR.
- 2
We match them up
Payments get matched to claims and deposits, and we pull out anything that doesn't line up.
- 3
A biller follows up
A biller works the underpayments and mismatches, and the results show up in your report.
How this is priced
Posting is normally part of full service billing. Your written proposal will say exactly what's covered.

What people ask about this
Do insurance payments go through you?
No. They keep going directly to your practice account. We need permission to see remittance data so we can post it, and the money itself stays with you.
Can you catch underpayments without our contracts?
Partly. We can spot patterns, like the same code paying differently across claims, but exact checks need your fee schedules, so we'll ask for them once you're comfortable sharing.
Can you post into our existing system?
Yes. We work in your EHR or practice management system with the user access you authorize.
