Questions

Questions about the audit

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no charge, you don't have to hire us, and the findings are yours to keep.

How does the 48 hours work?

The clock starts when we have your reports. If something's missing or a report is hard to read, we'll tell you, and the 48 hours starts once we have what we need.

What do you need from us?

Summary totals are enough to start: aged A/R by payer, and denials by reason. You don't need to send patient data. If we'd need to see any later, we sign a BAA first.

Will our current biller find out?

Not from us. You decide who's involved and which reports you share.

What if you find we were overpaid?

We'll tell you so you can get advice, because Medicare has report and return rules for overpayments.

Will you try to sell us something afterward?

We'll offer you a rate if we think we can help, and we'll tell you if we can't. What you do with it is up to you.

Would you rather test the work first?

Our 30 day denial recovery pilot lets you see us work on real claims without replacing your current biller.
