How it works
How outsourcing your medical billing works
There's no big switch. You see what we find first, then decide how much of the work you'd like to hand over.

We review your numbers for free
You send us the reports, starting with summaries wherever that's possible. We look at denials, aged A/R, rejections and payment delays, and send you what we found in writing. If patient data is needed, we'll sign a BAA first. You'll have the report within 48 hours of sending them. You don't owe us anything for this, and you can stop here.

You get a proposal and we set up access
If you'd like to go further, we'll put the scope and your exact rate in writing. It's month to month with 30 days' notice, and there's no setup fee. Once you've signed the service agreement and BAA, your practice sets up named accounts for us. The work is done in the United States.

We take over the agreed work
You'll have a named contact, and reports on the schedule in your agreement. Each one covers what changed and what's next. The first one sets a baseline from your own numbers, so you've got something to measure us against.

What we need from you
Your side of it is small
