Privacy policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

This policy explains how Fieldstone Billing handles information collected through this website. Fieldstone Billing is a brand of Road Craft Incorporated, a Delaware corporation ("we" or "us").

What we collect

We collect what you choose to send through our forms: your name, work email, phone number, organization, specialty, EHR, practice size, number of active clients, timeline and message. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

Patient information

This website is not intended for patient information. Please don't submit patient names, dates of birth, member IDs or other protected health information through our forms. Any protected health information we handle for a practice is governed by a Business Associate Agreement and by HIPAA, not by this policy.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and discuss services or a possible transaction.
  • To operate and secure the website.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't set cookies, and it doesn't use analytics or advertising tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

Form submissions pass through our hosting provider, Vercel, and are forwarded to us through an email or messaging provider. The website itself doesn't store them. We also share information when required by law. If you own a billing business and contact us about a sale, we treat that conversation as confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by using our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

Changes

We may update this policy, and will change the date above when we do.
